Use this guide to prepare the information needed for a useful quotation and a clear production discussion.
01 / Define the product
Share product type, intended use, dimensions, quantities and delivery country. Include a technical drawing or reference image if available.
02 / Specify materials
State the preferred leather type, colour, texture, lining, hardware and stitching. If you are unsure, describe the desired appearance and use.
03 / Share your branding
Supply the logo artwork, placement, size and preferred branding method. Include packaging and labelling requirements.
04 / Review the proposal
Review pricing, sampling, order quantities, specifications, lead times and shipping terms. These are confirmed for each project.
05 / Approve before production
Confirm the agreed specification and any required sample or proof before production proceeds.
06 / Coordinate delivery
Agree inspection requirements, delivery details and the relevant shipping documents with the team.
